Contest open only to St. Maarten residents who are 21 years or older and residing on the island of St. Maarten at the time of entry. Further, entrants must have a valid passport and be able to travel between May 23rd – May 27th, 2019. Extra-person that will be traveling with winner must also have the aforementioned permissions.
