Daughter of hip-hop legend Eric B. hospitalized after car crash

The daughter of hip-hop legend Eric B. was hospitalized Sunday after a car crash in Connecticut, according to a social media post.
“Erica Supreme Barrier, the daughter of music legend Eric Barrier (Eric B) is in extreme critical condition this morning after a horrific car crash in Connecticut,” according to the Instagram account Sister2Sister2.0.
“Barrier is suffering from severe neck and spine fractures, among her many life-threatening injuries, confirmed Eric B’s longtime publicist,” and that, “The family is at her bedside and asking for your prayers,” the post said.
According to the post, an 18-wheeler rolled over Barrier’s vehicle in Hartford around 1 a.m.
Eric B. along with Rakim, made up an acclaimed duo during the golden age of hip-hop after forming in 1986. Their albums “Paid In Full” and “Follow The Leader” are widely considered as two of the greatest hip-hop records of all time.
