Dwayne Johnson, Chris Evans Search for Santa in ‘Red One’ Trailer

(The Hollywood Reporter) – Dwayne Johnson and Chris Evans face an unusual array of holiday challenges in the first trailer for their Christmas movie Red One.
Jake Kasdan‘s action-comedy feature from Amazon MGM Studios is set for worldwide theatrical release on Nov. 15. Red One centers on North Pole head of security Callum Drift (Johnson) and naughty-lister Jack O’Malley (Evans) teaming up after the disappearance of Santa Claus, who is known as “Red One” and played by J.K. Simmons.
“Are you saying Santa Claus has been kidnapped?” Evans asks in the trailer.
Rounding out the cast are Kiernan Shipka, Lucy Liu, Mary Elizabeth Ellis and Nick Kroll, along with Bonnie Hunt as Mrs. Claus.
